What are your postage terms?

Your package will be given a tracking number so you will be able to track your package en-route.

Monday – Friday: Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of received payment. You must provide a street address. We WILL NOT post to a post office box.

Weekend and Public Holidays: If your order is received on a weekend or a public holiday, your parcel will be dispatched the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Aussie Blue® Terpenes has experienced issues shipping to the following countries: Mexico, Canada and Brazil. Please proceed with caution! No refunds will be issued for orders refused by customs.
  • Aussie Blue® Terpenes is not responsible for customs fees. It’s the consumer’s responsibility to research custom fees for their country. Any package returned due to refusal will not be refunded.
  • The customer is responsible for the chosen carrier. Aussie Blue® Terpenes holds no liability if the chosen carrier cannot move a certain item through customs. It is the consumer’s responsibility to research which carriers have licenses for certain items. There will be no refunds for carrier choices.
  • It’s the international consumer’s responsibility to know if our products are allowed into their country. If a package is returned to us due to customs rejection it will not be refunded. Aussie Blue® Terpenes holds no responsibility for international orders once they leave our facility.
  • Aussie Blue® Terpenes will not alter custom documents or packaging labels. There are no exceptions! Please do not ask.
  • We do not guarantee any international shipping times. Aussie Blue® Terpenes will not refund shipping costs of any kind due to delivery time.
  • Aussie Blue Terpenes cannot intercept any international delivery. Once the package has left our facility it will be shipped to the address given to us and no refund will be issued. It’s the consumer’s responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address.
  • Customs can vary and impact shipping times. If you have not received your package please check with customs.
  • PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE E-MAIL ADDRESS! IT IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN CONTACT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION.
